Description

Shrub, 3-4 m, or treelet with trunk (5 cm diam.) up to 6 m. Leaves dark green above, paler beneath, deeply bullate. No flowers. Immature fruit and several mature fruit collected, also wood sample.

Note écologique

In rather wet Nothofagus forest, just at the transition to Castanopsis forest, on path from native gardens to the summit.
