Thin tree, growing in forest edge, about 8m high. Leaflets thick, coriaceous, dark green above, much paler green beneath. Bracts 2, enclosing the flower completely, pale green. Calyx very pale green. Vexillum well developed, white with very pale greenish-yellow median. Other four petals greenish-white, small and inconspicuous. Stamens 10, free but connected at the very base. Filaments pale green
In secondary vegetation in forest edge. Regrowth of shrubs and lianas
