Rhodopi: At the Lake Beglika between Batak and Dospat. Dry, W-sloping, ungrazed meadows in Abies wood E of the lake. With few scattered Pinus in the meadow and with few rocky slopes.
Rhodopi. C. halfway between Batak and Dospat, N of the summit of the road between the two lakes: Vasil Kolarov and Shiroka Poljana. Mixed Abies and Pinus wood. Wet meadows in the bottom of the valley.
Eastern Rila: Road Jundola - Lake Belmeken Jez. SW slopes of Cakarica, SE of the lake, appr. 14 km N of Jundola. Along streams in the timberline on W facing steep slopes.

E of Trebinje, 0.5 km S of the road Trebinje - Vilusi, c. 2.5 km N of the village Dolovi (S of Vilusi). Quercus pubescens-scrub with Fraxinus ornus and Acer obtusatum and with outcropping limestone rocks and gravelly scree. Slightly grazed by sheep.
1 km N of the village Kerlanovo, NE of Melnik (S part of Pirin Pl.). Steppe like pastures on top of the cliffs N of the village. With many annuals and with dense scrub in the ravines.
0.5 km E of Makljen pass on the road Bugojno - Mostar, c. 20 km S of Gornji Vakuf. Mixed deciduous shrub with Fagus, Corylus, Viburnum etc., and with pastures.
8-9 km W of Velingrad, in the valley formed by Lukovica. S-facing dry slopes N of the stream with Quercus, Fraxinus ornus, and Pinus (planted). Large areas with outcropping rocks with small pasture-like wet areas.
