Pyrenees. Circ de Morens. Along the river below and S of Station de Vall Ter, NW of Camprodon. Open S-exposed Pinus forest with Rhododendron and scrubby Fabaceae. Grazed grassy areas along the river. Siliceous rocks.

C. 2 km NW of Dubrovnik, on the road Kotor - Cetinje. Fagus-wood margins in dolines, with outcropping limestone rocks and with small areas with pasture.
Durmitor. NW part of Drobnjaci, c. 2.5-3 km S of Bobotov Kuk. Stony and dry S-facing mountain pastures with limestone cliffs. Grazed by sheep. Dominating: Linum capitatum.
Northern Sierra de Urbión. 2 km W of the summit of the road Montenegro de Cameros - Viniegra de Arriba, E of Viniegra. Rocky slopes with scattered Quercus rotundifolia and with remnants of Fagus forest in the lower part of the valley.
Pirin Pl., N of Jane Sandanski and 2.5 km from Jane Sandanski on the road to the Begovitsa hut. Wet slope in mixed Fagus sylvatica and Picea abies wood.

8-9 km W of Velingrad, in the valley formed by Lukovica. S-facing dry slopes N of the stream with Quercus, Fraxinus ornus, and Pinus (Planted). Large areas with outcropping rocks with small pasture-like wet areas.
E of Trebinje, 0.5 km S of the road Trebinje - Vilusi, c. 2.5 km N of the village Dolovi (S of Vilusi). Quercus pubescens-scrub with Fraxinus ornus and Acer obtusatum and with outcropping limestone rocks and gravelly scree. Slightly grazed by sheep.
Eastern Rila: Road Jundola - Lake Belmeken Jez. SW slopes of Cakarica, SE of the lake, appr. 14 km N of Jundola. Along streams in the timberline on W facing steep slopes.
Rhodopi: At the Lake Beglika between Batak and Dospat. Dry, W-sloping, ungrazed meadows in Abies wood E of the lake. With few scattered Pinus in the meadow and with few rocky slopes.
E Rila: Central part of Stankov Balkan, between Lake Belmeken and Chaira. Dry grassland in dense Pinus mugo, above and immediately E of the N part of Lake Belmeken.

Pirin Pl. N of the bottom of Sarchalijtsa valley (N of the bottom of Sandanska Bistritsa valley), ca. 5 km N of Jane Sandanski. In the valley formed by the stream from Goljamo Slano Pole. Wood of Pinus sylvestris and Picea abies, with Vaccinium myrtillus.
Valle de Aran. Valley of Riu Noguera, NE of Tre-Dòs, Pla de Beret, c. 3.5 km NE of the S pass leading into the valley. N-facing slopes with open Pinus wood.
Bistra Pl., S of Mavrovo. 3.5 km E of the road Mavrovo - Gali?nik, along the trail S of the skilifts-area. Steep E-facing cliffs with Silene, Festuca spp., Thymus cherloides and Daphne oleoides.
