Dead vine in tree with some fruits hanging, more than half fallen to ground; pedicels tan, hard, spiculate, seem to be rotting to let fruit fall; pepos green with strong white stripes; flesh pale yellow, almost white, with taste of squash (C. pepo cvs.), but then excessively bitter, also foaming, but not as mucilaginous as no. 29355 C. martinezii. Seeds light tan
