Rhizome erect to 110 cm tall, then leaning with aerial roots on branches, 4 cm thick. Leaves 73 cm long, petiole 43 cm, 5-6 leaves per plant, tips bending, glaucous yellowish green, fertile leaves yellow. Veins brownish below. Pinnae 4-6 per leaf.
